Buns
Start by shaping a 250g burger patty around a 350ml can of soda.
Shape the meat around the can.
We're going to make a total of three burger bowls, then you can remove the cans.
Stuff each one with a whole egg, 2 strips of mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon of chopped up onion, 1 tablespoon of pickle relish, 2 cherry tomatoes, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise and chimichurri to taste.
Finish by adding 2 more strips of cheese to each bowl, take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the butter and stir until melted.
Add 1 burger bun cut in half and toast until golden brown.
Repeat this process with all the buns.
Now, assemble the snack with these toasted buns and the baked burger.
Serve.
