Different Spaghetti Lasagna

Start by adding the heavy cream in a bowl with the pre-cooked spaghetti.Next, add the grated parmesan, the eggs, the salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix everything very well until combined.Transfer half of this pasta to a non-stick baking tray and set aside.To bread the chicken cutlets, coat them in the wheat flour, dip them in the beaten eggs and coat them in the breadcrumbs.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up. Add the breaded chicken cutlets and fry them until golden brown on both sides.Remove from the skillet and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels.In the baking tray with the pasta, add 4 slices of mozzarella cheese and the fried chicken we prepared earlier.Top them with another 4 slices of mozzarella cheese, add the other half of the pasta, top everything with the tomato sauce and spread.Add the grated mozzarella cheese, take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 250g of Pre-Cooked Spaghetti 
  • 1 Cup of Heavy Cream (240ml)
  • 50g of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper

Chicken

  • 4 Chicken Cutlets 
  • Wheat Flour
  • Beaten Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable Oil

Assembly

  • 8 Slices of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 200g of Tomato Sauce
  • 150g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Transfer half of this pasta to a non-stick baking tray and set aside.
