Start by adding the lime juice to the peeled avocado cut into smaller pieces.
Add the condensed milk, the heavy cream and mix everything very well to combine.
In a small bowl, add the unflavored gelatin, the water and mix until the gelatin is hydrated.
Then microwave it on high power for 20 seconds and mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
In a blender, add the avocado mixture and blend very well until fully dissolved.
Add the gelatin we dissolved and blend again to combine.
Next, grease a 22cm diameter pudding mold with coconut oil using a brush.
Add the mixture we blended earlier, take the dessert to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
Serve.
