Ganache
In a blender, place the cans of condensed milk, the cans of table cream and the milk, blend it all together until combined. Add the concentrated passion fruit juice, if you want you can use passion fruit pulp as well, and blend again.
Grease a ring cake mold with coconut oil or any other oil you have at home, grease the edges and the center.
Pour the batter into the mold, cover with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, in 30-second intervals. Add the table cream and mix into a ganache.
To unmold, run a knife along the edges and the center of the mold. If necessary, put it on a stovetop to melt a bit and release from the mold.
Pour the ganache all over it, spread evenly.
Serve.
