In a medium saucepan filled with boiling water, add the hot dogs and let them boil for 4 minutes.
Remove them from the water, cut them all in half and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the ketchup and mix very well.
Now, on a round-shaped sheet of pastry dough, brush the sauce we prepared.
Add 1 slice of mozzarella cheese and fold the edges towards the center.
Next, place ½ hot dog on one of the ends and roll it up together with the pastry.
Repeat this process with all the hot dogs.
Transfer these rolls to the Air Fryer and brush an egg yolk on all of them.
Finish by sprinkling oregano to taste.
Cook at 160° C (320° F) for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve.
