Dip
Cut the potatoes in half then chop these halves in half, into thick wedges.
Transfer them to a bowl, add the salt and enough cold water to cover the potatoes.
Cover the bowl and let them soak for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, into another bowl, add the grated parmesan cheese, the breadcrumbs, the crushed garlic clove, the salt, the oregano and the sweet paprika, mix all the ingredients very well.
After the indicated soaking time, drain all the water from the potatoes and add the olive oil, mix very well.
Now gradually add the cheese mixture and keep mixing until the mixture sticks to the potatoes.
Transfer all the potatoes to a baking sheet lined with a sheet of parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes, baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
While the potatoes are baking, make a dip.
Into a bowl, add the yogurt, the cheese spread, the salt, the black pepper, parsley to taste, the crushed garlic clove and a drizzle of olive oil, mix all the ingredients very well.
Now serve the potatoes with the dip.
