Start by placing the ripe tomatoes straight into an Air Fryer basket.
Add the peeled heads of garlic and the red onion cut into smaller pieces.
Season with the salt, a pinch of chili flakes, the dried basil and a pinch of black pepper.
Drizzle everything with the extra virgin olive oil and mix everything up by hand to add this seasoning to the tomatoes.
Take it to the Air Fryer, set it to 200° C (400° F) and fry for 20 minutes.
Next, transfer everything to a blender and blend at maximum power until combined.
Serve.
