Seared Steak with Rosemary

In a medium saucepan with boiling water, add the garlic cloves, the rosemary, the dried parsley, the salt, the beef steak and let it all cook for 10 minutes.After this time has passed, transfer the steak to a cutting board lined with a sheet of paper towel and dry it very well.Season on both sides with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper,In a skillet over medium heat, add a generous drizzle of olive oil.Add the cooked steak we prepared earlier and fry on both sides until golden brown.Serve it with a sauce of your choice.
