Nutella Brownie

Start by adding the egg yolks to the jar of Nutella and using an electric mixer, beat everything very well until smooth.Once it reaches the right consistency, stop beating and set aside.In a large bowl, add the well-chilled egg whites.Beat everything very well until it becomes foamy and forms stiff peaks.Next, add the Nutella we mixed with the egg yolks and mix to combine.Now, grease a baking pan by brushing it with unsalted butter softened to room temperature.The baking pan I’m used is 18cm wide and 25cm long.Add a sheet of parchment paper covering the bottom, the Nutella batter we prepared and spread it evenly.Place it in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 25 minutes.In a medium bowl, add the white chocolate.Take it to the microwave and microwave at high power in 20-second intervals, always mixing between these breaks until fully melted.Add the heavy cream and mix until combined.After the cake has baked, cut a piece and transfer it to a nice plate.To finish, add the ganache we prepared and sprinkle powdered milk to taste over the entire dessert.Serve.

  • 1 Jar of Nutella (800g)
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 5 Egg Whites
  • Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Sheet of Parchment Paper

Ganache

  • 100g of White Chocolate
  • 100g of Heavy Cream
  • Powdered Milk to Taste
