In a saucepan, place the condensed milk and the corn starch, mix well until combined, add the milk. Turn the heat on medium, mix very well nonstop until it thickens and turns into a cream. Once it thickens, turn off the heat and add the table cream, mix until combined.
Evenly split this cream while still hot into 3 bowls.
In the first bowl, add the melted semisweet chocolate, mix well until combined. Cover with a plastic bag touching the cream and leave in the fridge until chilled.
In the second bowl, add the melted white chocolate, mix well until combined. Cover with a plastic bag touching the cream and leave in the fridge until chilled.
In the third bowl, add the milk powder, mix very well. Cover with the plastic bag and set aside.
Whip the whipped cream mixture and mix it with the milk powder cream in the third bowl, after it has cooled down. Mix well until combined.
Split this cream in two portions, add pieces and crumbs of Oreo cookies to one of them.
Finally, we have 4 creams: Chocolate, Milk Powder, White Chocolate and Cookies and Cream.
Also put in different bowls the strawberries, the chopped Oreo cookies, the chopped white chocolate truffles, the meringues and any other ingredient you wish to add to the dessert cups, such as fruits, pieces of cake, biscuits, fillings… There are numerous options.
In the first cup, we've put the milk powder cream, pieces of chocolate cupcake, white chocolate, chopped strawberries, the semisweet chocolate cream, the milk powder cream and top it with a ganache. Garnish to taste. We've added a whole strawberry and a piece of Kinder Bueno.
Assemble the cups as you wish, garnish to taste.
