Dip
Start by draining the canned tuna. Press the tuna through a fine-mesh strainer using a spatula to make the process easier.
Into a bowl, add the eggs and beat them well.
Transfer all the tuna to a bowl and add the eggs, season with the crushed garlic, chives to taste, parsley to taste, the lemon zest, the salt, the black pepper and the sweet paprika, mix all the ingredients very well.
Now get small chunks of this mixture in your hands and shape them into balls, repeat this process until you’ve done it to all the tuna mixture.
Into a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and add the tuna balls. Let them fry for 2 minutes. After this indicated time, flip the balls and let them fry for another 2 minutes.
Once they’ve all fried, drain them on paper towels.
Make a dip by putting into a bowl the mayonnaise and the chili sauce, mix well.
Serve.
