Tortilla Stuffed with Hot Dogs and Eggs

In a large skillet, add the flour tortilla.Cut the hot dog sausages in half, lengthwise, place these hot dogs in the skillet with the tortilla, arranging them in a cross shape.Add the eggs between the hot dogs, season with salt and black pepper to taste.Then, add the grated mozzarella cheese covering everything.Also add parsley to taste and cover everything with another flour tortilla.Cover the skillet, turn the heat to medium-low and let everything cook for 5 minutes.Cut the ripe tomato into round slices and set aside.Once the tortillas have cooked through, turn them over, using a plate.Add the tomato slices we cut earlier, the provolone cheese cut into round slices and parsley to taste.Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.Add the grated mozzarella cheese, cover the skillet and let everything cook until the cheese melts completely.Serve.

  • 1 Tomato
  • 100g of Provolone Cheese
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • +100g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Modo de Fazer

In a large skillet, add the flour tortilla. 

Cut the hot dog sausages in half, lengthwise, place these hot dogs in the skillet with the tortilla, arranging them in a cross shape.

Add the eggs between the hot dogs, season with salt and black pepper to taste. 

Then, add the grated mozzarella cheese covering everything. 

Also add parsley to taste and cover everything with another flour tortilla. 

Cover the skillet, turn the heat to medium-low and let everything cook for 5 minutes.

Cut the ripe tomato into round slices and set aside. 

Once the tortillas have cooked through, turn them over, using a plate.

Add the tomato slices we cut earlier, the provolone cheese cut into round slices and parsley to taste. 

Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper. 

Add the grated mozzarella cheese, cover the skillet and let everything cook until the cheese melts completely.

Serve.
