In a bowl, add the warm milk, the sugar, the dry yeast powder, mix well.
Add the oil, the salt and the egg, mix until combined.
Gradually add the wheat flour and keep mixing until a smooth and uniform dough is formed.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 40 minutes.
After this indicated time, remove the dough from the bowl and transfer it to a floured table.
Shape the dough into a log,
Split it into 9 equal sized pieces.
Stretch out each piece of dough into about 4 about finger-thick rectangles, just like shown in the video.
Transfer all these rolls to a baking tin, cover with a tablecloth and let them rise for another 15 minutes.
Next, take the baking tin to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Finally, brush all the breads with unsalted butter while they’re still hot.
Serve.
