Vegan Bread Cubes

In a large baking dish with water, add the bread slice.Next, take each slice and squeeze out the excess water.Transfer them to a large bowl, add the potato grated using a fine grater.Also add the red onion cut into thin strips, the green bell pepper cut into small cubes, the crushed garlic cloves and parsley to taste.Season with the salt, the black pepper, the chili flakes, the sweet paprika, the chimichurri and the turmeric.Add the breadcrumbs and mix everything very well until it becomes a smooth and even mixture.Then take a portion of this mixture in your hands and shape it into a small cube.Repeat this process with the entire mixture.In a large skillet over medium heat with hot vegetable oil, add the bread cubes and fry them until golden brown.Remove from the vegetable oil and drain the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the ketchup, the mustard, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until fully combined.Serve with the sauce we prepared.

  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
