In a large saucepan, add the egg yolks, the sugar, the cornstarch, the vanilla essence and the milk.
Turn the heat to medium-low and keep stirring all the ingredients very well until the mixture thickens.
Transfer all this cream to a large bowl, add the cream cheese and beat everything very well with an electric mixer until combined.
Now, in a square baking tray with a removable bottom, add 150g of chocolate-covered milk biscuits lining the entire bottom.
Next, add the cream we prepared and spread it out evenly.
Cover the cream with another 150g of chocolate-covered milk biscuits.
Take the dessert to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
Serve.
