Cake Batter
In a large bowl, add the vanilla chocolate chip cookies, the hot milk and stir until the cookies are fully broken down.
Once that happens, set this mixture aside and let it cool to room temperature.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the condensed milk, the butter, the milk chocolate and stir everything thoroughly.
Add the heavy cream, stir again to combine and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the eggs, the sugar and whisk everything very well until smooth and well-combined.
Add the vegetable oil, the vanilla extract, the cookie mixture, the wheat flour and mix again until it forms a smooth and even batter.
Next, add the baking powder and mix gently to combine.
Transfer this batter to a 20cm diameter cake pan greased with butter and wheat flour.
Place it in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
To finish, add the fudge we prepared earlier and crushed cookies to taste.
Serve.
