
Start by filling a vinyl glove with the beaten eggs.
Next, in a large skillet with boiling water over medium heat, add the glove filled with the eggs and let it all cook for 15 minutes.
Then, cut the smoked sausage into rounds and the smoked bacon slices into smaller pieces.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the bacon, the sausage and sauté until golden brown.
Add the onion chopped into small cubes, the grated carrot and sauté again.
Once the eggs in the glove have cooked, remove them from the heat, take them out of the glove, add them to the skillet with the other ingredients and stir everything thoroughly to combine, breaking into smaller pieces.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder and stir.
Add the cassava flour, a generous drizzle of olive oil and stir everything thoroughly once more to combine.
Serve.
