
Start by placing the carrots cut into smaller pieces onto the puff pastry.
Next, brush one egg yolk mixed with one tablespoon of heavy cream over everything.
Add sesame seeds to taste, place in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
After the pastry has baked, remove all the carrots.
To fill these pastry snacks, first take 4 of them and add 2 teaspoons of pesto sauce to each one and spread it evenly.
Add 2 cooked shrimp on top of each one.
To fill 4 more snacks, add 2 teaspoons of tuna pâté to each one and sliced olives to taste.
Then, fill another 4 pastry snacks with 2 teaspoons of olive pâté each and onion rings to taste.
To fill the last 4, add 2 teaspoons of seasoned cream cheese and salmon strips to taste.
To finish, add parsley to taste over everything.
Serve.
