Sauce
Into a bowl, add the ground beef, the breadcrumbs, the crushed garlic cloves, the parmesan cheese, the eggs and the salt, mix all the ingredients very well until combined.
Now get small chunks of meat in your hands and round them into balls.
Once you’ve done that, into a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and add the meat balls, let them fry for 2 minutes or until golden brown. After this indicated time, flip them and let them fry on the other side for another 2 minutes.
After that, remove all the meat balls from the skillet and add the crushed garlic cloves, the diced onion, stir until golden brown.
Add the sun-dried tomatoes and the tomato sauce, add the beef stock dissolved in the water and stir well.
Season with the chili flakes, the salt and the oregano, stir.
Once you’ve done that, add the carrot chopped into round slices, the sliced potatoes, the pitted olives, stir.
Add the meat balls, cover the skillet and let it all cook for 40 minutes.
Serve.
