Ganache
In a pan, put the condensed milk and the corn starch and mix well until combined, add the table cream, the milk and mix until thickened over medium heat, turn off the heat and stir until cool. Set aside.
In a mixer, put the eggs and the refined sugar, whip until a light colored mixture is formed, add the butter, whip again and add the milk gradually.
In a bowl, mix the flour, the chocolate powder and the baking powder, add the mixture gradually to the mixer and whip for another 2 minutes.
Grease a baking tin with butter and flour, pour the batter, add the cream (filling) on top of it and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 1 hour and a half (do the toothpick test).
Make the ganache by melting the chocolate and mixing it to the table cream until combined.
Pour the ganache over the cake and spread evenly.
Finish with chocolate sprinkles.
