Start by peeling four very ripe tangerines then insert a barbecue stick in the middle of all of them.
Next, transfer them to the plastic bottle with the top cut off and set aside.
Now, in a small bowl, add the unflavored gelatin powder, the water at room temperature and mix very well.
Then microwave it at maximum power for thirty seconds, mix until combined and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the condensed milk, the milk and mix until combined.
Next, add the gelatin we prepared earlier and mix again until incorporated.
Transfer all this cream to the bottle with the tangerines and leave it to the fridge for 3 hours.
After this indicated time, with scissors, cut the tip of the bottle and unmold the dessert.
Finally, remove the stick and cut the dessert into slices.
Serve.
