Into a bowl, start by adding the can of sweet corn - strain it and wash the corn. Add the egg, the salt, and the cornstarch, mix it all together very well.
Into a skillet, add the unsalted margarine and evenly spread it all over skillet. When it melts, add the corn mixture, and evenly spread it all over the bottom of the skillet.
Let it cook for 2 minutes.
After this indicated time, add the shredded mozzarella cheese over the corn - make sure you don’t let it touch the edges of the skillet.
Close the skillet again and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Top it with some black sesame seeds, to taste.
