Start by cutting off the tips of the pods of okra, then cut them into thin round slices.
In a saucepan, add 1 drizzle of oil and add the diced bacon.
Add the diced Calabrese sausage and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Cut the onion into small cubes and transfer them to the saucepan, stir-fry until golden brown.
Chop the tomato into small cubes and transfer to the saucepan.
Add all the okra.
Chop the green bell pepper and the green chili pepper, also transfer them to the saucepan.
Stir-fry the okra until it starts releasing the slime.
When that happens, add the carrot chopped into round slices, previously cooked, add the potatoes chopped into small cubes, previously cooked.
Season with turmeric, black pepper, Italian herb mix, salt and add parsley to taste, stir very well.
Serve.
