
Ganache
Start by adding the melted milk chocolate to the corn flakes, mix everything very well to combine and set this entire mixture aside.
Next, in a mixer, place the chocolate chip cookies and blend until they turn into crumbs.
Transfer everything to a large bowl, add the baking powder, the milk and mix everything very well until it forms a smooth and even batter.
Then transfer it to a nonstick baking pan and spread it evenly.
Place it in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the milk chocolate.
Place it in the microwave at full power, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring well between each break until fully melted.
Next, add the heavy cream and mix everything very well until combined.
Once the cake has finished baking, pour this ganache we prepared all over it and spread it evenly.
Now take the chocolate and corn flake mixture we prepared earlier and using a spoon, spread it all over the cake.
Serve.
