Start by adding the pre-cooked Rigatoni pasta into a removable-bottom pan, arrange the Rigatoni tubes vertically in the pan and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the onion chopped into small cubes and sauté.
Now add the crushed garlic cloves and stir.
Add the ground beef and keep stirring until the water evaporates.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika and stir.
Add the tomato chopped into cubes, the tomato paste, the water and stir.
Transfer the meat to the pan with the pasta and spread it out.
Add the heavy cream and spread again.
Next, add the grated mozzarella cheese and the grated parmesan cheese to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Finish by adding parsley to taste, another pinch of grated parmesan cheese and unmold.
Serve.
