
Start by placing the ripe apple into the boiling milk in a large skillet over medium heat.
Then, using a spoon, pour the milk over the apple for 2 minutes.
Next, remove the apple from the skillet and set the milk aside.
Cut the apple in half, remove the core and cut it into smaller pieces.
Transfer everything to a blender, add the blanched almonds, the milk we boiled with the apple, blend everything very well until smooth and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until completely melted.
Add the semolina flour, the corn flour and stir again.
Next, add the heavy cream and stir again to combine.
Add the apple mixture and stir very well.
Then add the powdered milk, the sugar and stir again until combined.
Transfer this mixture to a nice baking dish and finish with nuts to taste.
Serve.
