In a large bowl, add the condensed milk, the chocolate powder and mix until dissolved.
Gradually add the cornstarch and mix again.
Next, add the butter at room temperature and mix with your hands until it becomes a smooth and uniform dough.
Transfer this dough to a board and shape it into a rectangle.
Then, cut it into strips and into cubes of equal size.
Take one of these cubes and shape it into a little ball.
Repeat this process with the entire dough.
Transfer these balls to a large baking tray lined with parchment paper and press down on each of them with a fork.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350°F) and bake for 20 minutes at low temperature.
Serve.
