Steak
Cut 1kg of peeled potatoes into round slices, 1-finger thick each.
Transfer to a bowl and season with salt and dried parsley, mix very well so that the spices incorporate into the potatoes, set aside.
Cut the meat into 1-finger thick round slices as well, season with salt, sweet paprika and black pepper, mix well so that the spices incorporate into every steak and set aside.
Get a barbecue skewer and stick 1 potato slice then 1 steak in it, repeat this process until you've added the same amount of potato slices and steaks. Fill 2 skewers in total.
Attach one skewer to the other, so that we end up with one single skewer.
Wrap the skewer in foil 2 or 3 times to make sure it's well wrapped.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 1 hour and a half.
Once you take it out of the oven, carefully unwrap it with a fork so you don't burn yourself.
Serve.
