In a skillet, add the olive oil, the crushed garlic cloves, and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add the ground beef and the sweet paprika, stir well until all the meat juices fully evaporate and the ground beef is golden brown.
Add the salt, the chili sauce, the okra chopped into small round slices, the garlic powder and the dried onion flakes, stir well.
Let it all cook for 10 minutes.
After this indicated time, add the tomatoes chopped into cubes, the onion chopped into small cubes, stir again and let it all cook until all the juices evaporate.
Finish with parsley and chives, to taste.
Serve.
