Place the chicken drumsticks in a container and add enough beer to cover them.

Next, bread the chicken drumsticks by first dipping them in the batter, then coat them in the lumpy flour mixture.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the chicken drumsticks and fry them until golden brown.
