Spinach and Cheese Omelet

Start by placing the piece of non-stick baking paper in the Air Fryer basket.Next, spray it with vegetable oil or olive oil to grease.Add the eggs, season them with the salt, the black pepper, mix everything together thoroughly to combine and set aside.Next, chop the spinach leaves into strips, slice the cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.Cut the buffalo mozzarella into smaller pieces.Now, in the Air Fryer basket with the eggs, add the chopped-up spinach, the cherry tomatoes, the buffalo mozzarella cheese and cover everything with the grated mozzarella cheese.Add oregano to taste.Place it in the Air Fryer at 160° C (320° F) and let it bake for 15 minutes.Serve.

  • 100g of Spinach Leaves
  • 100g of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 100g of Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese
  • 150g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • Oregano to Taste

Modo de Fazer

Start by placing the piece of non-stick baking paper in the Air Fryer basket. 

Next, spray it with vegetable oil or olive oil to grease.

Add the eggs, season them with the salt, the black pepper, mix everything together thoroughly to combine and set aside. 

Next, chop the spinach leaves into strips, slice the cherry tomatoes in half and set aside. 

Cut the buffalo mozzarella into smaller pieces. 

Now, in the Air Fryer basket with the eggs, add the chopped-up spinach, the cherry tomatoes, the buffalo mozzarella cheese and cover everything with the grated mozzarella cheese.

Add oregano to taste.

Place it in the Air Fryer at 160° C (320° F) and let it bake for 15 minutes.

Serve.
