Spinach with Eggs

Start by cutting the spinach with the stems, chop into strips and set aside.Now, in a bowl, add the yogurt, the crushed garlic cloves and the oregano, mix well.In a skillet, add the oil and the onions chopped into cubes, stir-fry until wilted. After that, add the tomato paste, stir, add the chopped spinach and stir for another minute.After this indicated time, cover the skillet and let it all cook for 5 minutes over low heat.Next, for seasoning, add the sweet paprika, the salt and the black pepper, stir well until incorporated.Cover the skillet again and let it all cook until the spinach fully wilts.When that happens, open 4 gaps between the spinach, just like shown in the video.In each gap, add one whole egg. For seasoning, over each egg, sprinkle one pinch of salt and one pinch of black pepper, cover the skillet once again and let it all cook for another 5 minutes.Serve.

Modo de Fazer

In a skillet, add the oil and the onions chopped into cubes, stir-fry until wilted. After that, add the tomato paste, stir, add the chopped spinach and stir for another minute. 

After this indicated time, cover the skillet and let it all cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
