In a bowl, add one egg and beat it well.
Add the warm milk, the warm water, the dry yeast powder, the sugar, the salt, mix well until combined.
Add the sifted wheat flour, mix well until combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
After this indicated time, gently mix them to remove all the air from the mixture.
Add the green and red bell peppers chopped into cubes, the red onion chopped into small cubes, parsley to taste, the grated potato and the grated mozzarella cheese, mix all the ingredients very well until combined.
Now, transfer the mixture to a piping bag and cut the tip.
In a skillet, add the oil, and once the oil is hot enough, pour in the mixture by squeezing the piping bag and cutting it into little pieces with scissors, just like shown in the video.
Let them fry until golden brown.
Remove the fried balls from the skillet and soak up the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.
