Quick and Tasty Chicken Breast

Make some shallow criss-cross slits on top of the chicken breasts and set them aside.In a bowl, place the table cream, the salt, the black pepper and the soy sauce, mix well, add the 3 crushed cloves of garlic, mix lightly and transfer the chicken breasts to this bowl. Let them soak in the sauce for 20 minutes.Meanwhile, chop the potatoes into round slices, spread them all over the bottom of the baking dish in which the recipe will be assembled, add salt to taste. After the 20 minutes in which the chicken breasts have soaked in the sauce, place them over the potatoes, cover the chicken breasts with the rest of the sauce, then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.Cut the mozzarella cheese into dices and transfer them to a bowl, add the parmesan and the egg, mix well until a mixture is formed.Take the chicken out of the oven after 40 minutes, cover these chicken breasts with the mixture you've just made and take it back to the oven for another 20 minutes.Serve.

  • 2 Tablespoons of Table Cream

  • 3 Medium Chopped Potatoes 
  • 100g of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 100g of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg
