Into a pan, add the condensed milk and the corn starch, with the heat still off. Dissolve the corn starch in the condensed milk until combined. Add the table cream and the milk, turn on the heat at medium power and stir nonstop until thickened.
Pour the cream into a glass dish and spread. Let it chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
Prepare the strawberry jelly according to the instructions on the package and let it cool down.
Remove the cream from the fridge and place the halved strawberries on top of the cream, then add the jelly mixture.
Leave it in the fridge until completely firm.
