Into a blender, add the table cream, the condensed milk, the whipped cream mix nicely chilled and the strawberry flavored juice powder, blend very well on medium power until it gains consistency.
Use a spoon to release any mousse stuck to the edges and keep blending.
Add the chocolate sprinkles and mix well.
Once you’ve done that, transfer the mousse to disposable plastic cups or dessert bowls of your choice.
Leave in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Serve.
