Start by making shallow cuts diagonally on the salmon fillet, then make shallow cuts diagonally in the opposite direction.
Then, cut this salmon into four equal sized strips.
Season them on both sides with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
In a medium baking dish, add the onion chopped into smaller pieces, the fresh mushrooms chopped into smaller pieces, the red bell pepper chopped into strips, the spinach leaves and mix everything together very well until combined.
Now, cover everything with two sheets of paper towels and moisten them well with some water.
Take everything to the microwave, set it to maximum power and heat it up for 2 minutes.
In the meantime, in a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until it is completely melted.
Add the salmon strips we cut earlier and let them fry for 2 minutes.
After that time has passed, add the ingredients we prepared in the microwave.
Season everything with the garlic powder, the salt, and add a pinch of black pepper as well.
Add the whipping cream and the lemon cut into round slices.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 5 minutes.
Serve.
