Filling
Put the oil and the garlic in a pan, sauté it until golden. Add the rice and let it cook for a bit, add hot water until it covers the rice (1 finger above it), add the salt, mix and cover the pan, leave a gap for the steam to come out.
Let it cook, it takes about 15 minutes.
In a pan, put the oil and the onion, let it sauté until golden, add the tomato and mix, add the green pepper and the tomato sauce, mix and add the salt and the previously cooked chicken, mix very well and set aside.
Add the rice to the chicken and mix very well.
Transfer all of it to a baking dish and spread evenly, cover with mozzarella cheese, oregano to taste and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve.
