In a large pot, start by adding the milk then turn on the heat to medium.
Add the salt, stir to incorporate the salt and bring it to a boil.
Next, add the room-temperature Coca-Cola, the juice of one lemon and mix everything well until the mixture curdles.
Remove the curds with a sieve and transfer them to a container by passing it through a fine strainer.
Press down firmly, take to the fridge and chill for at least 3 hours.
When this time has passed, into a medium bowl, add the sugar, the egg, the room-temperature milk and whisk everything well until smooth and well combined.
Next, dip the slices of bread into this mixture.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat greased with vegetable oil, toast the slices until golden brown.
Serve these toasts with the cheese we prepared.
