In a bowl, remove the corn from the cobs, add to a blender along with the milk and blend for 2 minutes, add the sugar and blend for another minute until combined.
Put the mixture in a bowl and add the grated coconut, mix it all together very well until combined.
Pour 2 scoops of this mixture into a plastic bag safe for freezer and microwave, tie a knot in this bag but in the process of tying the knot, try to remove all the air bubbles from it. Repeat this process with all the mixture.
Pour the water into a pan and let it boil, once it's boiling, add the bags and leave them for 50 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on the power of your oven and on how consistent you want your corn paste. If you want it firmer, leave it for longer, if you want it softer, leave it for less time, then you can serve.
