Start by frying the peeled garlic cloves in hot oil, until golden brown.
Once you’ve done that, remove them from the oil and transfer them to a bowl lined with paper towels.
In another bowl, put the tomato pulp and the unsalted butter, mix very well until combined.
Now, get a baguette bread, cut it in half, lengthwise, add the fried garlic cloves and press them down against the bread.
Add about 2 tablespoons of the tomato sauce we made to each bread half and spread well.
Add the grated mozzarella cheese.
Take to a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) and bake for 15 minutes.
Finish by adding parsley to taste.
Serve.
