Garlic Bread Baguette

Start by frying the peeled garlic cloves in hot oil, until golden brown.Once you’ve done that, remove them from the oil and transfer them to a bowl lined with paper towels.In another bowl, put the tomato pulp and the unsalted butter, mix very well until combined.Now, get a baguette bread, cut it in half, lengthwise, add the fried garlic cloves and press them down against the bread.Add about 2 tablespoons of the tomato sauce we made to each bread half and spread well.Add the grated mozzarella cheese.Take to a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) and bake for 15 minutes.Finish by adding parsley to taste.Serve.

  • 100g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parsley to Taste
