Meat Seasoning
Start by placing the ground beef on a large sheet of aluminum foil.
Then, shape the meat into an oval shape and make a hole in its center.
Add the cooked macaroni and the milk.
Season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of fine herbs.
Add the grated cheddar cheese, the grated mozzarella cheese, the cheddar cheese sticks and close the meat by covering all the filling.
Season the meat with the sachets of meat seasoning and with salt to taste.
Then, wrap everything in aluminum foil and transfer to a large baking sheet.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 1 hour.
Serve.
