
Sauce
Start by placing the sheet of non-stick parchment paper on top of an oven rack.
Add the puff pastry and use a few hot dog sausages to mark the pastry following the rack lines.
Next, add ketchup to taste in each gap created with the sausages.
Then, add the sausages on top of the ketchup and the sliced mozzarella cheese.
Add another 350g of puff pastry and seal the edges.
Transfer to a large baking sheet and brush the beaten egg over everything,
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the butter, the garlic cloves cut into small cubes and stir until the butter has completely melted.
Add the wheat flour and stir until combined.
Then, gradually add the milk and continue stirring until it forms a smooth and even cream.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the nutmeg and stir to combine.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese, the grated cheddar cheese and stir everything thoroughly until the cheeses have completely melted.
After the sausage-filled pastry has baked, cut it into smaller pieces.
Serve with the sauce we prepared.
