Start by cutting the slices of bread into strips.
Next, in a small bowl, add the eggs, the salt, the black pepper and mix very well.
Add the onion chopped into small cubes, parsley to taste and mix again to combine.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, place the bread strips we set aside, leaving about a finger’s width of space between each strip.
If you prefer, you can use crustless bread instead.
Next, set the skillet with the bread strips over medium to low heat and let it heat up.
Once it’s heated, pour the egg mixture we prepared between the strips.
Trim off the edges and let it all fry for 1 minute.
After this time has passed, flip it over, add 25 grams of grated Parmesan cheese, 25 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese, the red and green bell peppers to taste and roll it up.
Repeat this process with the other slice of bread.
To finish, add ketchup, mayonnaise, and hot sauce to taste.
Serve.
