
Batter
In a skillet over medium heat, add the coffee and let it heat up.
Add the rolled oats and mix everything over low heat for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, transfer everything to a blender, add the eggs, the milk, the refined sugar, blend everything very well until smooth and set this mixture aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the condensed milk, the butter, the instant coffee and mix everything very well until the coffee dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly.
Transfer everything from the blender to a large bowl.
Add the wheat flour, the instant coffee and mix everything very well.
Next, add the baking powder and gently mix again.
Pour this batter into a buttered and floured cake pan.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Once the cake has baked, unmold it onto a nice serving plate and pour the fudge we prepared all over it.
Serve.
