Potato Hot Dog Snack

In a large saucepan, add the potatoes cut into smaller pieces.Add enough water to cover everything and add the salt.Turn the heat on high and let them cook for 20 minutes.After this time has passed, drain all the water from the potatoes and transfer them to a large bowl.Add the butter and mash everything until smooth.Season with the salt and a pinch of black pepper.Add the grated parmesan cheese, parsley to taste and mix everything very well.Now, take a handful of this potato mixture, flatten it well, place a hot dog right in its center and cover it well with the potato mixture.Repeat this process with all the mixture.Next, dip all the snacks in beaten eggs and coat them in breadcrumbs.In a large skillet over medium heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover its bottom and let it heat up.Add the breaded snacks and fry them until golden brown.Remove them from the skillet and soak up the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.Serve.

  • 10 Hot Dogs

  • Beaten Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable Oil
