Start by cutting the beef ribs into pieces, making sure to cut as close to the bone as possible, just like shown in the video.
Cut the onions in half then into strips.
In a skillet, add one drizzle of oil, the pieces of ribs, and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Once you’ve done that, add one pinch of salt, the black pepper, one sprig of rosemary, and fry for another 3 minutes.
Next, remove the meat from the skillet and set aside.
Add the chopped onions and fry them until wilted.
Season them with the salt, the sweet paprika, the Italian herb seasoning, and stir very well until incorporated.
Pour in the beer and add the pieces of ribs.
Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 25 minutes.
Serve.
