Sauce
Start by cutting the heads of cabbage into slices and set aside.
Cut the onions into thin slices and also set aside.
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, green onions to taste, the salt, a generous pinch of black pepper, the fine herbs, the crushed garlic cloves, the sweet paprika, a pinch of nutmeg and mix all the ingredients very well.
Next, get a handful of this mixture and shape it into 6 balls.
Transfer these balls to a cutting board, cover with plastic wrap and flatten them well using a potato masher.
They should be almost the size of the cabbage slices we cut.
In a small bowl, add the natural yogurt, parsley and green onions to taste, the tomato paste and mix until combined.
In a large baking tray lined with parchment paper, add the cabbage slices and on top of each one, add 2 slices of red onion.
Add the burger patty we made earlier and top the meat with 3 tablespoons of grated zucchini.
Then, on each one, add 2 tablespoons of the sauce we prepared and spread well.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
