Mashed potatoes
In a skillet, add the olive oil, the crushed garlic cloves, the diced onion, stir-fry until golden brown.
Add the ground beef and stir until the meat starts to release its juices.
Season with the salt and the black pepper, stir.
Add the peeled tomatoes, stir until the tomatoes have fully dissolved.
Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 5 minutes.
After this indicated time, turn off the heat, add parsley and chives to taste, mix and set aside.
After that, in a bowl, add the cooked mashed potatoes.
Add the sachets of seasoning powder, the grated carrot, parsley and chives to taste, the grated cheese and the salt, mix very well.
After that, get a portion of this potato mixture and flatten it by hand. Put 1 mozzarella cube right at the center of this mixture, close it and round it into a ball.
Repeat this process with all the potato mixture.
After that, transfer all the ground beef we prepared to an ovenproof dish, spread it out until flat.
Add all the potato balls and 100g of mozzarella cubes spread all over the dish.
Add another 50g of grated mozzarella cheese all over the potato balls.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve.
