Mashed Potatoes
Start by seasoning the beef steak with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic powder and spread this seasoning very well.
Now flip the meat and repeat this seasoning on the other side.
Transfer it to a large bowl, add enough honey until everything is covered and let the meat cure for 7 days.
After this time has passed, cut the potatoes into smaller pieces.
Transfer these potatoes to a large pot, add enough water to cover them all and let them cook for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the water and transfer the potatoes to a large bowl.
Add the unsalted butter and mash everything until it becomes a smooth and well combined puree.
Next, add the grated Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, parsley to taste and mix all the ingredients together very well until combined.
Remove the meat from the honey and also make sure to remove any excess.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until it completely melts.
When that happens, add the beef steak and fry it until both sides are golden brown.
Serve.
